This free Women's Collective healing group focuses on the nurturing of mental, emotional, & social health & wellbeing of women in southern Louisiana’s tri-parish & bayou region area. This restorative circle will help us to “lay our burdens down” in a safe, self-empowering, culturally-affirming, space. Together in a small group, we will learn practical strategies to build & grow supportive, nourishing, non-judgmental, relationships with ourselves and each other. If you are looking for a supportive environment that teaches you ways to manage stress & anxiety with more calm, enhance self-acceptance, navigate “toxic” relationships with more intuition, process grief with more support, & invite more peace of mind into your life, this may be the healing space that you’ve been looking for.

I prioritize building safety, confidentiality, & trust for our group, and that is done best when we have a group of people with similar life experiences. So each group will be designed for black women and 6 people at a time will be chosen to be a part of each small group series. The 5 in-person sessions will be held at my home in Thibodaux. Once the 6 women have been chosen for a particular series, no additional people will be able to attend this specific series. Each person registering for this collective healing experience will be invited to have a 1 on 1 session with me for us to get to know each other better in order for us to all decide if the final 7 of us all feel safe together.

The 5 sessions of each series will be held once a month on Sunday. But the dates can change according to our group availability once the final 6 people have been chosen for each series. Together as a group we will try to pick a time that works for everyone's schedule.

The group is offered in the spirit of abundance, so I'm offering it for free to the community. I am open to receiving donations if you feel called to give at the end of the 5 classes and they are appreciated.

The sessions for the summer group is now full, but please feel free to register and I will contact you once future session dates have been decided.
