Mission & Values Alignment
Inclusion & Belonging

"It’s to know ourselves as holistic human beings, and to be able to see the humanity in others in order to build together the world we deserve, which is rooted in equity, justice, & belonging"

This Is Not Another Workshop…

Relationships are hard. It doesn’t matter if it’s family, community, or work relationships, they all require time and skills to be able to curate a deeper sense of trust and safety in them. Our holistic approach creates a space where work partners - no matter if they’ve been working together for decades or partners who are newly coming together to create a new successful venture - can come together to decrease stress while increasing psychological safety, compassion, courageous communication, and alignment of their vision and goals.

By enlisting mind, body, & soul, we support mental and emotional well-being and include all parts of the human experience. We learn together how to understand the recurring stories of our thoughts and emotions. We share ways to navigate the stress, anxiety, and trauma that gets reactivated in this constantly changing, hyper-busy world, and learn to respond in healthier, balanced and joyful ways. The Emotional Recovery process offers a range of tools and methodologies that guide us to authentic partnerships and establish learning environments and experiences built on trusting, honoring and collaborative relationships.

This ecological way of connecting helps us design sustainable and compassionate actions for individuals and teams to develop highly effective values-based teams and organizations. We interweave the wisdom of evidence-based cognitive neuroscience, somatic experiencing & Indigenous Science. We support us in re-connecting to “Right Relationship” with the natural world, ourselves, and each other. We engage with past societal experiences, in parallel with current issues, as prompts for rewiring our reactions, and embodying new models to take out in the world.

This is a practice of Restorative Justice which offers ways to embrace all of who we are. By better managing our evolutionarily and socially conditioned reactions with compassion, we include all parts of our human experience.
